Runway Crossing All personnel and visitors aboard MCB Hawaii are required to obey the following airfield/runway movement instructions while operating a vehicle or on foot:
- Use only the Mokapu Road crossing and obey all posted signs, road gates, and instructions from airfield personnel.
- Pedestrians and joggers are prohibited from crossing the runway. Failure to comply may result in loss of base access.
