Transition Readiness Program

Some in-person operations are now available Monday-Friday 0730-1630. Call our office to schedule.

The Transition Readiness Program will be making a number of modifications to ensure completion of training milestones, while still accounting for increased precautionary measures being set in place due to COVID-19.

The following changes are effective immediately:

  • In-person TRS will be available for retirees and for those who are 180 days or less to their EAS:
    • Maximum capacity is 17 Service Members and will run simultaneous with JKO TRS
    • Reservations must be coordinated through UTC.
  • Virtual TRS will continue as an option for those not able to attend in-person format
    • Reservations must be coordinated through UTC.
  • The Pre-Separation Counseling brief will be held the Friday morning prior to the TRS for those attending in-person TRS. Venue will be provided to confirmed attendees via email the Wednesday prior to brief.
    • Maximum of 17 Service Members this is a required session for those attending in-person TRS.
    • The digital Pre-Separation Counselling brief will be provided to all clients attending JKO TRS.

Service Members attending TRS virtually should download the following course materials prior to the seminar:

If you have a scheduled phone interview, for either Capstone Review or Individual Pre-Separation Counseling, please email your completed documents to your assigned TRP Counselor prior to your appointment time. If you do not know who your counselor is call 808-257-7790.

In the Subject line please state your Last Name, First Name, Appointment Type, (ie Capstone or Pre-sep) date and time.
