High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT)

This center is designed with an open floor facility equipped to enhance functional, combat related, and tactical physical training. It includes TRX units, medicine balls, kettlebells, plyometric boxes and more. Open to all active duty personnel. Individuals/Units may schedule in advance up to one day of center use. THE HITT CENTER WILL BE NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR USE DURING CLASS TIMES.

Monday-Friday: 0400-2200
Saturday-Sunday: 0500-2100

HITT Center Classes
HITT Center offers several HITT WOD (Workout of the Day) classes a week. Check out our HITT classes schedule for the complete list. See this link for the HITT Workout of the Day  on the USMC web site.

HITT Train the Trainer
HITT Train the Trainer Level 1 Courses are held quarterly by the HITT Instructors at the HITT Center. Participants will be taken through a comprehensive three-day course that covers all of the exercise modalities in the HITT program including, active dynamic warm-ups, speed and agility, linear speed, Olympic lifts, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyometrics, ropes and will get a TRX Level 1 certification. Marines that would like to attend the training are encouraged to sign up with any of the HITT Instructors or email the instructors here. See the PDFs below for additional information.

HITT Instructors can also conduct unit-level HITT Instructor trainings based on the schedule and operational tempo of the requesting units.
