Group Exercise Classes

We offer a variety of Group Exercise classes at our Semper Fit Center Monday-Saturday. Classes are FREE for Active Duty and $3 for drop-ins. Click here for pdf of schedule.

    Wake up your mind and body and get your metabolism revving with this total body resistance class that will help you build a strong and lean body and core. All levels welcome; modifications provided.
    8:00 am The GRIND @ Outdoor HITT Center (across from Mokapu Elementary)

    The GRIND is a special 8-week high intensity circuit-based class with a focus on foundational movements. There is a $50 registration fee to participate in the 8-week course or a $3 fee per class for drop-ins.

    Pedal through hill climbs, sprints and many other challenging drills for a great leg pumping, core stabilizing, and calorie-burning workout. All levels welcome; modifications provided.

    A total body workout that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training into one class, providing a higher rate of post-workout caloric burn. All levels welcome; modifications provided.
