Group Exercise Classes

We offer a variety of Group Exercise classes at our Semper Fit Center Monday-Saturday. Classes are FREE for Active Duty and $3 for drop-ins. Click here for pdf of schedule.

    This class utilizes fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking breath with movement. It is an alignment based practice that increases strength, posture and balance while reducing stress, and each class end with deep stretches to improve flexibility.
