MCCS Calendars

The calendar below contains events, classes and retail information for Marine Corps Base Kaneohe Bay including Camp Smith and Manana locations. You can search using the filters button to drill down to only the information you want to see or get a glance of everything that’s happening in the next several days base-wide by not using any filters. If you see an “X” next to the Categories button, you have to click on the “X” to clear the filter and see everything else. To find out more information about an event, click on it and it will open up to tell you more. There are also calendars on the program pages within this website that contain only the calendar events that pertain to that page. 45-minute class focused on getting your core stronger than ever. You leave feeling results immediately and seeing results within a few weeks! Everyone is welcome. Modifications are instructed and intensity is up to you. Equipment used: BOSU balance ball, physioballs, free weights, bands and mats.

High Intensity Tactical Training designed by Semper Fit HQ and approved by the NSCA specifically for Active Duty Marines. This hour long class will challenge you athletically in agility, power and endurance. Intermediate-advanced skill level highly recommended.
